Ioannes Kyriakou

Raised from a family with a strong heritage in the food industry, Ioanne Syriakou choose to serve the field with a degree in chemistry and a master degree in chemical analysis. Before his envolvement with Lamia laboratory he has worked in several research projects across Europe. He is also a certified environmentalist by the greek ministry and has supplied numerous food facilities with complete and working quality systems such as ISO, BRC, FDA.

George Margaritis

Marketing and AI


George Margaritis studied at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, Faculty of Economics, Management and Informatics, University of Peloponnese and continued fr his master degree at Informatics department of Boras univercity. Before his envolvement with Lamia laboratories he has been working on the development of internet strategy campains for the international market.

Dimitris Kalliantas

Quality Supervisor

Dimitris Kaliantas is a food technology – ichthyologist, working more than a decade  in the fields of food safety, quality management, persnel education, and laboratory certification. Parallel to his resaponsibilities are the work with certification bodies for the complete assessment of quality systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000/ HACCP.

Agapi Christakaki



Agapi Christakaki has graduated from the chemistry department at Aristotle University. Her Masters degreewas on computational biology and bioinformatics at University of Thessaly. Has had a great experience in the analysis of food and drinks.

Vicky Douskou

Head of the lab


Vicky Douskou is an engineer, who graduated from Aristotle Univercity of Thessaloniki. She has supervized construction and authorization projects.
