Raised from a family with a strong heritage in the food industry, Ioanne Syriakou choose to serve the field with a degree in chemistry and a master degree in chemical analysis. Before his envolvement with Lamia laboratory he has worked in several research projects across Europe. He is also a certified environmentalist by the greek ministry and has supplied numerous food facilities with complete and working quality systems such as ISO, BRC, FDA.

George Margaritis studied at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, Faculty of Economics, Management and Informatics, University of Peloponnese and continued fr his master degree at Informatics department of Boras univercity. Before his envolvement with Lamia laboratories he has been working on the development of internet strategy campains for the international market.
Dimitris Kaliantas is a food technology – ichthyologist, working more than a decade in the fields of food safety, quality management, persnel education, and laboratory certification. Parallel to his resaponsibilities are the work with certification bodies for the complete assessment of quality systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000/ HACCP.
