










Basic principles in food labeling
Our process includes the chemical analysis of samples in the laboratory using official analyses to determine all the elements that make up the nutritional table. There is also the possibility to examine additional elements such as vitamins and trace elements or others upon request. Therefore, the result is superior to any corresponding bibliographic work because all the numbers will correspond to the case-by-case examination by public authorities.

The new EU legislation on the provision of food information to consumers
From 13 December 2014 the new Union legislation on the provision of food information to consumers will be compulsorily applied, which consolidates the above two Directives (2000/13/EC & 90/496/EEC) into one piece of legislation, Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, which lays down the general principles, requirements and responsibilities governing food information and in particular general and nutrition labeling.
